Council for Proper Procurements in ACW Projects

Purpose

The Council for Proper Procurements in ACW Projects is convened to examine from a neutral, impartial and objective perspective the appropriateness of procurements which include machine production, facility construction, etc. that are made in the course of implementing the projects to destroy chemical weapons abandoned in China by the former Japanese military.
