33rd: Excavation and recovery operation in Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province (Oct. 2011)

- Upon receiving a notification in February 2010 from the Chinese Government that they had found shells, etc., the Foreign Ministry dispatched an investigation team in July 2010 to Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province, where the shells, etc. were found. As a result of examinations of the shells, etc. by the investigation team, 19 ACWs were confirmed.
In October 2011, at the site where the shells, etc. were found, excavation and recovery operations were conducted by the Cabinet Office.
